Corrugated is usually 1.5 mm (E-flute) to 4 mm (B/C-flute). Measure your own board.
Besides the base crease, the first wall crease is at your height and the rest follow at the score gap. Fold the flap over at whichever crease suits the product.

Square corners are the default. Chamfered corners cut the tips off flaps and tabs, which can make tucks and tabs slide in more easily.
Spacing and line width in the file.
The LightBurn file puts scores on C01 and cuts on C02. The speed and power in it are placeholders, so set both layers from your own test grid for your board. Make a test grid.
